I am Matheus Simon, an experienced architect and project coordinator with over a decade of expertise in sustainable design and BIM. My passion lies in creating innovative solutions that promote environmental responsibility and enhance urban living.

With over 12 years of experience as an Architect and Urban Designer, I have successfully collaborated on and contributed to the development of 20 architectural projects, ranging from residential and commercial buildings to hotels and shopping centres. My experience also extends to legal, technical, and feasibility studies, as well as real estate appraisal.
